Who we are
BlueBirds Group, LLC, a California company ("BlueBirds Group", "we"). Contact: contact@bluebirdsgroup.com.
What we collect
- What you enter on the form: your name, phone number, email address and firm website.
- A record of your consent: the wording you agreed to and the date and time.
- When you open the presentation: the date and time, and your browser type.
- To limit abuse: a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address and of your email address, used for rate limits.
Why we collect it
- To email you a private link and give you access to the presentation.
- To contact you by email and phone about our services.
- To understand which firms have viewed the presentation, so that our follow-up is relevant.
Who sees it
Only BlueBirds Group. We use service providers to run the page: Cloudflare (hosting, and a bot check if enabled), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery) and Google Fonts (typefaces; your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details). They process data for us and may not use it for their own purposes. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for 7 days after you sign up, then it is deleted. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Security
Details are stored in an access-controlled database. Access links are single-use and expire after 30 minutes. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing contact@bluebirdsgroup.com. California residents have additional rights under California privacy law, including the right to know, delete and correct, and not to be discriminated against for using them.
Changes
We will update this notice here if our practices change.
